About the position
EvolutionIQ is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team and contribute to the vision, specification, and delivery of their expanding product line. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a team SaaS environment, possess strong analytical skills, and be comfortable working in an ambiguous and problem-solving driven environment. The role will involve managing new products, prioritizing requirements, conducting market research, and executing delivery on winning products. Additionally, experience with AI and ML concepts, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills, are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Manage new products through their lifecycle
- Prioritize product and customer requirements
- Conduct market research
- Help define the product vision
- Execute delivery on winning products
- Conduct market research and assess competition
- Ask critical questions to identify, qualify, and satisfy customer needs
- Run pilot programs with early stage products and samples
- Exude ambitious, collaborative, and empathetic values
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication
- Define and launch excellent products
- Have a self-starter mentality and solve previously unsolved problems
- Have experience with data-driven and/or machine learning products
- Correspond effectively between technical and non-technical audiences
- Open to giving and receiving critical feedback and collaborating effectively across teams
Requirements
- 4+ year(s) experience as a product manager in an enterprise software environment or high production environment
- Experience conducting market research and assessing competition
- Able to ask the critical questions to ask in order to identify, qualify and satisfy customer needs
- Exposure to AI and ML technical concepts is a plus
- Experience running pilot programs with early stage products and samples
