About the position
EvolutionIQ is seeking a skilled professional in Quantitative Analysis & Reporting who can effectively communicate with executive stakeholders and navigate between tactics and strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and delivering strategic messaging. They will play a crucial role in painting a holistic understanding of EvolutionIQ's mission and value to enterprise customers, running pilot strategies and client operations analysis, and partnering with team members to deploy EvolutionIQ engagements into production. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to analyze data, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

- Proven success managing enterprise accounts with a net recurring revenue of $5M+
- Ability to deliver strategic messaging & clear value proposition to executive stakeholders
- Client obsessed and able to build strong relationships with client executives
- Love innovation and making a fast impact
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and define and narrow problem spaces independently
- Ability to query and analyze data with SQL (Big query, MySQL, etc)
- Ability to build metrics dashboards (tableau, looker, etc)
- Expert in spreadsheets (pivots, charts, etc)
- Ability to build visually stunning presentations
- Ability to paint a holistic understanding of EvolutionIQ's mission and value to enterprise customers
- Ability to run Pilot Strategy & Client Operations Analysis
- Technical engagement manager responsibilities to ensure client delivery needs are met
- Partner with team members to deploy EvolutionIQ engagements into production and manage change management strategy & rollout
- Maintain excellent communication with claims leadership
- Represent the EvolutionIQ impact in a real-time, quantifiable, and strategic manner
- Provide visibility for clients to EvolutionIQ and vice versa
- Represent clients within internal EvolutionIQ discussions
- Run recurring client impact meetings and measure and communicate success
- Partner with the Sales team as an EvolutionIQ product and solutions expert to acquire, educate, and secure new customers
- Ambitious and focused on software implementations
- Goal-oriented and focused on ensuring clients get the most impact out of their investment in EvolutionIQ
- Ability to demonstrate the high impact of EvolutionIQ during sales conversations
- Strategic partner to claims leadership, offering tactical and strategic help in deploying and managing EvolutionIQ technology and process
- Involved in the design of client deployments and ongoing measurement of success
- Primary consultant and analyst on the Strategy & Analytics team
