About The Position

Dragonfly, a crypto-native Venture Capital and research firm with over $4B in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies, is seeking experienced Senior Product Managers, Heads of Product, and product leaders for roles within its portfolio companies. This is not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly, but rather a way to connect qualified candidates directly with portfolio companies actively hiring for senior product leadership positions. The roles involve supporting the recruiting efforts of Dragonfly's portfolio by connecting top candidates with ambitious teams in the crypto space. Candidates passionate about crypto, even if their background doesn't perfectly match, are encouraged to apply as other opportunities may exist.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of product management experience, with ownership over complex roadmaps, teams, or entire product lines.
• Deep product strategy skills: ability to set vision, define success metrics, and lead teams through ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality software under tight feedback loops.
• Strong intuition for user needs, paired with a data-informed approach to product iteration.
• Direct experience with crypto products or infrastructure, or deep curiosity and rapid learning in crypto-native domains.

Nice To Haves

• Backgrounds in DeFi, L1/L2 infrastructure, wallets, or crypto-powered consumer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leading product for an early-stage crypto product, owning strategy, roadmap, and execution from first principles.
• Acting as the connective tissue across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to align goals and scale product-market fit.
• Defining technical and user-centric requirements across new features, integrations, or cross-chain capabilities.
• Partnering with founders to sharpen product direction, manage competing priorities, and deliver against ambitious milestones.
• Helping shape team culture, hire early product talent, and contribute to long-term organizational design.
