About The Position
Dragonfly is a global, crypto-native venture capital / research firm with $4B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies. This is an application to join our talent network. This is not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly. We're actively sourcing for a People Operations Manager for one of our portfolio companies building stablecoin payments infrastructure. This is a systems and compliance-heavy role, not a generalist HR seat.
Requirements
- Systems and compliance-heavy role
- Familiarity with token grants and vesting schedules is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own and scale HRIS, ATS, and people ops systems end-to-end
- Global HR compliance across US, LATAM, EU, APAC jurisdictions
- International and domestic payroll coordination
- Full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between
