Dometic Land Vehicles Americas is a trusted provider of high-end products for recreational vehicles, commercial passenger vehicles and overlanding vehicles in North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Senior Product Lead. This position will work in 950 Stephenson Highway, Suite 100, Troy, MI 48083. With travel up to 50% domestic and international. Telecommuting from home office permitted pursuant to company policy.

Requirements

  • Drive development, strategy, and success of Dometic’s product portfolio.
  • Execute the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch and ongoing enhancement.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Align cross-functional teams (product development, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, marketing and finance) through the product development lifecycle, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to translate market needs into innovative and feasible product solutions.
  • Manage a diverse product portfolio, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and profitability.
  • Define and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including pricing strategies, positioning, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive product awareness, demand generation, and customer adoption.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to develop sales tools, including sell sheets, website content, and brochures to maximize brand exposure and equity.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, engineering, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  • Serve as product specialist who develops and performs training on products.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Implement strategies to address challenges and capitalize on market dynamics.
