About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a senior lead product manager to join the Equipment & Vendor Finance Originations Product team to own and drive the development of transformative AI-enabled client and user facing products and solutions. In this role, you will advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, and direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs. You will oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex, and diverse products and services, and lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies and opportunities companywide. You will deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management. You will provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines. You will articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships. You will engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams companywide, serving as an adept advisor to leadership. You will drive product vision, roadmap, and priorities while balancing near-term delivery with long-term modernization goals. You will engage with aligned scrum team(s) to strengthen product discipline, execution rigor, and customer-focused thinking. You will partner closely with technology, sales, operations, risk, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions. You will establish and track clear success metrics, embedding data-driven decision making and continuous improvement into the operating model.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated ability to lead system or process transformation efforts within regulated or enterprise environments
  • Strong grounding in data-driven product management, including defining KPIs, using analytics to inform decisions, and measuring outcomes
  • Experience building and scaling customer-centric product practices, including user experience, journey mapping, and discovery-led development
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively across a highly matrixed organization
  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning enabled systems with employee and client facing agentic automation.
