About The Position

The Senior Product Manager & Product Lead owns the product direction and delivery of Matrix42’s Enterprise SUEM (Secure Unified Endpoint Management) area. This role combines product leadership, execution ownership, and people management, ensuring strong alignment with Engineering, Sales, and cross-functional teams, while driving measurable customer and business outcomes. The Senior Product Manager & Product Lead is accountable for crafting and executing product strategy aligned with company objectives, delivering strong and differentiated customer value, driving measurable product adoption, usage, and business impact, and leading a high-performance product team with a strong ownership mindset.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and deliver outcomes
  • Experience in people management or leading product teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Strong AI mindset – ability to leverage AI in product discovery, decision-making, and value creation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS / Endpoint Management / ITSM is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Matrix42’s growth ambitions
  • Translate strategic priorities into outcome-oriented, value-driven product initiatives
  • Own end-to-end product delivery from discovery to customer impact
  • Prioritize based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality product outcomes
  • Work closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Build strong alignment across stakeholders and teams
  • Support structured decision-making with clear trade-offs and transparency
  • Ensure product decisions are driven by customer needs, data, and market insights
  • Strengthen product positioning and differentiation in the enterprise SUEM space
  • Contribute to product adoption, customer success, and business growth
  • Build and evolve a high-performing team of Product Managers / Product Owners
  • Create clarity on goals, priorities, and expectations
  • Drive regular feedback, performance conversations, and growth plans
  • Support development of ownership and product thinking
  • Ensure a strong execution environment
  • Drive accountability and continuous improvement
