About The Position

Milliman IntelliScript is seeking a Senior Product Lead, Discovery and Value to join their team. This role focuses on the Life Sciences product, Contxt, translating product vision into actionable requirements for engineering teams. The position involves bridging client-facing discovery, value development, and product execution. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious about clinical workflows and data, and thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. Responsibilities include supporting market development of new offerings, driving product execution, tracking metrics, and aligning the company from business case to launch.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Product Lead, Discovery and Value, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in healthcare technology, clinical trials, or other data-intensive domains
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Jira or other relevant software
Ability to support both market-facing discovery and execution-oriented agile delivery
Strong analytical skills, including comfort using data, workflow analysis, and business logic
Research and analytical skills

Nice To Haves

Degree, diploma and/or certification in related field
Experience with clinical informatics (e.g. data table structure, storage, relationships, maintenance, etc.) as well as in-depth knowledge of medical claims and electronic health records (ICD-10 codes, data management, research, etc.)

Responsibilities

Manage and maintaining the Contxt product backlog, ensuring requirements and user stories are clear, detailed, and prioritized for engineering execution
Translate business, operational, and clinical needs into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, data rules, and workflow diagrams
Run backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily agile ceremonies with engineering; partner with product and engineering to prioritize what should be built based on market signal and business value
Map complex eligibility logic, clinical workflows, claims data rules, and EHR-derived data structures to ensure consistent system behavior
Apply knowledge of EHR systems and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, CCD) to define integration logic, data mappings, and expected system behaviors that enable accurate eligibility and workflow automation
Collaborate with engineering to clarify requirements, answer questions, and ensure development aligns with expected outcomes
Create user flows, data dictionaries, rule libraries, and system documentation for engineering, QA, sales, and customer-facing teams
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), validating sprint increments, identifying defects, and ensuring each release meets quality standards
Lead client discovery sessions with life sciences prospects and partners to evaluate new use case opportunities
Build value demonstration materials, ROI logic, examples, client-ready use case framing and proof points
Develop structured value frameworks, case studies, and repeatable templates to support pre-sales and post-implementation conversations
