Senior Product Engineer

About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to work with our highly motivated and innovative design, R&D and test team to qualify and enhance new STT-MRAM products. This role will apply test and product engineering skillset and sound engineering practices to qualify and support product pre-production and production activities. This position requires a strong technical knowledge of non-volatile memory products and the ability to drive projects independently.

Requirements

Requires BS +12 or MS +10 years in Product Engineering or Design Engineering.
Previous experience in memory product engineering.
Basic understanding of CMOS circuits and process.
Proficient programming skills in C and Python.
Experience with data analysis packages such as JMP is required.
Experience with ATE, experience with Teradyne Magnum 2 is highly desirable.
The ability to work independently as well as in teams.
Good multitasking and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to others.
Strong presentation skills and project management skills.
Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.

Responsibilities

Perform product qualification and product characterization.
Work with test engineers to deliver robust test programs (sort, final test, characterization, etc.).
Run and modify test programs.
Perform silicon debug, failure analysis.
Perform ongoing production yield analysis and yield improvement.
Perform ongoing customer RMA analysis.
Hands on with PCB rework, cable rework, using test equipment and performing measurements.
Work with and manage outside vendors for packaging, assembly, test.
Work with and manage outside vendors for test hardware (load board, probe card, cable assembly, etc.).
Performs other product engineering duties as assigned.
