Responsibilities
- Lead with insights, proposals, flows, prototypes, etc. – both strategically and tactically.
- Perform product design, focusing on interaction and UX design.
- Sweat the details in flows, screens, micro-interactions, and edge cases.
- Understand customer problems deeply and create solutions that customers may not have thought of themselves.
- Demonstrate compelling and confident storytelling to align stakeholders around solutions.
- Contribute to the development of the Design System to ensure consistently high-quality experiences for customers.
- Collaborate with the Product Management and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience
- Strong skills in product design, interaction design, and UX design
- Ability to lead with insights, proposals, flows, prototypes, etc.
- Passion for sweating the details in flows, screens, micro-interactions, and edge cases
- Ability to understand customer problems deeply and create innovative solutions
- Compelling and confident storytelling skills
- Experience in contributing to a Design System
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
