Senior Product Manager

The job overview for this position is that Qualio is seeking a Product Manager to join their remote-first team. The role involves being a pivotal player in a high-velocity cross-functional product development team and contributing to the transformation of the life science industry. The Product Manager will lead with insights and proposals, deeply understand customer problems, and create and manage a roadmap to drive customer and company outcomes. Collaboration with the Design and Engineering teams is also emphasized.

• Lead with insights and proposals, strategically and tactically
• Establish and drive a posture and practice of understanding customer problems deeply
• Demonstrate compelling and confident storytelling that surfaces assumptions and difficult decisions
• Create and manage a roadmap of work to drive customer and company outcomes
• Work collaboratively with all of Qualio, especially Design and Engineering

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience with highly-regulated industries, life-science, or "se
• Ability to lead with insights and proposals strategically and tactically
• Strong understanding of customer problems and ability to create innovative solutions
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills
• Ability to create and manage a roadmap of work to drive customer and company outcomes
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (especially Design and Engineering)
