The role involves designing the user journey from a curious reader to an engaged community member, a free user to a long-term subscriber, and a casual subscriber to a loyal user. This position requires close collaboration with Product, Research, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to identify opportunities, conduct experiments, and deliver impactful work. The Design team has a significant voice, and at this level, the designer will lead vision and strategy for growth and lifecycle initiatives.
