Senior Product Designer

Philo is a small, ambitious startup that is revolutionizing the television watching experience. They are seeking a Product Designer to join their collaborative and talented design team. The role involves designing and building simple and powerful ways for users to find, watch, and share television. The Product Designer will contribute to strategic decisions, iterate on features, and analyze metrics to inform design decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to have a big impact on the product and shape the future of TV.

• Design flows and screens that are simple and powerful ways to find, watch and share television
• Demonstrate product design concepts from shaping ambiguous ideas to shipping high-quality, well-crafted experiences
• Contribute to strategic decisions with the rest of the product team
• Iteratively designing and improving upon our video players, application UIs, and cross-device experiences
• Prototyping, testing, and iterating upon new features
• Analyzing and incorporating cross-platform metrics to inform design decisions and identify opportunities
• Partner with marketing, support, and engineers to drive the user experience from conception until launch and continuing improvement
• Support and conduct usability testing to drive product insights and enhancements
• Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision
• Ability to use prototyping to define interaction details
