About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Analytics Strategist to help define and scale product measurement across a portfolio of digital applications. In this role, you will partner with Product, Business, UX, Engineering, and Data teams to establish analytics strategies, define success metrics, and develop scalable measurement frameworks that drive product growth and business outcomes.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in product analytics, user behavior measurement, KPI development, and event-based tracking, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable analytics and instrumentation requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Digital Measurement, Product Strategy, or related fields.
  • Proven experience defining KPIs and measurement frameworks for digital products and applications.
  • Strong understanding of user journeys, feature adoption, engagement metrics, and behavioral analytics.
  • Experience developing event-based tracking plans and instrumentation requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, UX teams, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a portfolio of digital products or applications.
  • Experience with SaaS, B2B, customer portal, or authenticated digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with GTM, data layers, JavaScript, and web instrumentation concepts.
  • Experience with BI and data platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • Knowledge of analytics governance, experimentation, personalization, and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand product goals, user journeys, workflows, and measurement needs.
  • Define KPIs for product adoption, engagement, feature usage, workflow completion, and business outcomes.
  • Identify and prioritize key user behaviors and customer journeys to measure.
  • Develop measurement strategies that support data-driven product decisions.
  • Create scalable event taxonomies, tracking standards, and measurement frameworks across multiple applications.
  • Translate product requirements into tracking plans and instrumentation specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of analytics requirements.
  • Assess existing measurement capabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate and recommend product analytics solutions such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Connect behavioral analytics with customer, account, and business outcome data.
  • Support analytics best practices, governance, and measurement consistency across products.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to product and technology teams on analytics strategy and measurement planning.
  • Facilitate workshops, prioritization sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Present recommendations and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain clear documentation of requirements, standards, and implementation guidance.
