About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Producer (Pillar) in AAA game development to support delivery across a large-scale project. You will partner closely with the Product Owner, and pod leads to translating priorities into clear plans, facilitating key Scrum rituals, removing blockers, managing dependencies, and supporting team health across the pillar. This role combines game production experience, agile facilitation, and day-to-day team leadership. You will help create a collaborative, transparent, and accountable environment where teams can deliver high-quality work with focus and clarity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in AAA game production, content production, asset production, or related production roles.
  • Proven experience in game production, ideally on complex AAA or large-scale projects.
  • Experience operating as a Scrum Master, agile producer, delivery lead, or senior producer supporting multiple teams.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid production approaches.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Product Owners, pod leads, craft directors, and multidisciplinary development teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to run productive meetings, clarify decisions, and drive alignment.
  • Experience with sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, risk tracking, dependency management, and delivery follow-up.
  • Experience with milestone planning, sprint execution, production gates, and hybrid agile models.
  • Ability to manage cross-team dependencies, identify risks early, and create transparency around delivery confidence.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and help teams break complex goals into executable plans.
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and support a positive, collaborative development culture.
  • Experience supporting multiple teams within a product area, pillar, or large-scale development initiative.
  • Must be willing to work in our Montreal office a minimum of 4 days a week.
  • Must be willing to work overtime when required, in accordance with Quebec labor standards.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Must be willing to travel for work related business, if necessary

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary pods, feature teams, or cross-functional strike teams.
  • Scrum Master certification or formal agile training.
  • Experience with live service development, platform development, UGC systems, or large-scale online games.
  • Experience managing technical pipelines, scalable systems, cross team cross function dependencies.
  • Background in a development discipline such as design, engineering, art, QA, technical art, or production technology.
  • Experience working with external development partners, outsourcing teams, or co-development vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Translate pillar priorities into sprint plans, team commitments, and clear delivery expectations.
  • Facilitate planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and cross-pod coordination rituals.
  • Maintain visibility on progress, risks, dependencies, capacity, and delivery confidence.
  • Keep backlogs clear, prioritized, and actionable in partnership with the Product Owner, pod leads, and craft directors.
  • Identify blockers early and help teams resolve or escalate them effectively.
  • Support communication across pods so teams have the context they need to make decisions.
  • Improve workflows, rituals, and delivery habits through retrospectives and team feedback.
  • Coordinate execution against production pipelines, milestones, and broader project goals.
  • Reinforce a culture of collaboration, transparency, ownership, adaptability, and shared responsibility for quality.
