About The Position

We are seeking an Associate Producer for an exciting interactive entertainment project. This role will support the creation, tracking, and execution of game assets for a specific discipline (environment, characters, audio, animation). The Associate Producer will help teams stay organized by maintaining asset schedules, tracking progress, coordinating priorities, following up on dependencies, and supporting milestone delivery. The role involves working closely with craft directors, producers, pod leads, and multidisciplinary teams to support asset production from request through review, approval, integration, and delivery. The goal is to ensure creative and technical asset goals are translated into clear tasks, visible progress, and reliable execution across disciplines, pods, and pillars.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in game production, asset coordination, project coordination, external development coordination, or related production roles.
  • Experience supporting content teams, asset production, or a related production role for a specific discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to track multiple assets, tasks, dependencies, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable working with creative and technical teams across multiple disciplines.
  • Ability to clarify next steps, maintain visibility, and keep information organized.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to solve problems and remove friction.
  • Experience using JIRA or similar project management tools.
  • Interest in AAA game development, asset production, and content pipelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with professionalism and adaptability.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with asset pipelines, review cycles, approvals, dependencies, and delivery tracking.
  • Experience with production tracking, asset lists, delivery reporting, or milestone planning.
  • Understanding of agile production, sprint planning, backlog tracking, or milestone execution.
  • Experience working with craft directors, pod leads, artists, designers, engineers, or QA teams.
  • Background in a creative production discipline.
  • Experience with tools such as Confluence, Miro, Perforce, Git, or build tracking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Help build and maintain asset schedules, task lists, production plans, and milestone deliverables.
  • Track daily progress across assigned teams and ensure asset status is accurate in project tools.
  • Maintain visibility on blockers, dependencies, approvals, reviews, known issues, and next steps.
  • Coordinate priorities between craft directors, product owners, producers, pod leads, and pillar needs.
  • Support asset reviews, feedback sessions, approvals, and follow-up actions.
  • Identify risks, blockers, or priority conflicts and escalate them to producers or production leadership.
  • Facilitate communication between design, engineering, art, animation, audio, QA, and other departments.
  • Help maintain production tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Work with QA and development teams to ensure asset-related issues are tracked and followed up effectively.
  • Support milestone readiness by helping ensure asset deliverables, dependencies, reviews, and known issues are clearly tracked.
  • Help refine asset workflows, pipelines, tracking practices, and communication habits.
  • Contribute to retrospectives or post-milestone reviews and follow through on actionable improvements.
