About The Position

As an Associate Producer at KRAFTON Montréal, you will play a key hands-on role in driving the development and delivery of game features and content. You will take ownership of complex feature areas, help guide cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality execution in a small, collaborative studio environment. This role is well-suited for an experienced production professional who enjoys being close to the work, contributing directly to day-to-day decision-making, and supporting teams across the full development life cycle.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project or production management within the video game industry.
  • Proven experience managing cross-disciplinary teams, experience in a management role on a AAA game preferred.
  • Proficient in the use of project management tools (Jira) and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements.
  • MUST BE LEGALLY ABLE TO WORK IN CANADA AND BE BASED IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEBEC

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience managing UI and Audio content is a strong asset.
  • An undergraduate degree in Project Management, Business, Administration, or equivalent is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-disciplinary teams, including designers, artists, and programmers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining milestones, tasks, and timelines for the successful delivery of game features.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including design, art, programming, and quality assurance, to facilitate communication and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to prevent potential delays or issues in the development process.
  • Work closely with QA teams to implement testing strategies and ensure the quality and functionality of your deliverables.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve production pipelines, workflows, and tools in collaboration with the team, adapting processes to support a small, hands-on studio environment and evolving project needs.
