About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Producer, Content (Asset Production & Pipelines) in AAA game development to support delivery across a large-scale project. This role is responsible for building and operating scalable asset production pipelines across internal teams, external vendors, and co-development partners. You will manage and support Associate Producers responsible for day-to-day tracking across specific content disciplines such as environment, characters, animation, audio, props, and related asset teams. Your focus will be to ensure the overall content pipeline is clear, scalable, and reliable, with strong visibility across priorities, dependencies, risks, reviews, approvals, asset standards, and milestone deliverables. This role is ideal for a production leader who can create structure at scale, coordinate across internal and external teams, and help content move efficiently from planning and briefing through production, review, approval, integration, and delivery. You will also help standardize how assets are planned, defined, tracked, reviewed, and delivered across teams and partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in AAA game production, content production, asset production, or related production roles.
  • Experience shipping multiple AAA or large-scale games or delivering multiple major live service production cycles.
  • Experience managing large-scale content pipelines and a high volume of game assets.
  • Proven experience building or improving asset production pipelines involving internal teams, external vendors, and/or co-development partners.
  • Experience standardizing asset production workflows, tracking practices, review criteria, or delivery expectations across teams or partners.
  • Experience managing or mentoring Associate Producers, Production Coordinators, or equivalent production support roles.
  • Strong experience coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and co-development partners.
  • Strong experience with production tracking tools such as Jira, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of asset pipelines, vendor coordination, content briefing, review cycles, feedback loops, quality gates, approvals, dependencies, milestone planning, and delivery tracking.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to create visibility across complex workstreams and communicate delivery status clearly to leadership and teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively with craft directors, pod leads, producers, Product Owners, artists, designers, engineers, QA, vendors, and external partners.
  • Must be willing to work in our Montreal office a minimum of 4 days a week.
  • Must be willing to work overtime when required, in accordance with Quebec labor standards.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Must be willing to travel for work related business, if necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in creative pipelines, procedural content workflows, platform development, or large-scale asset production environments.
  • Experience supporting environment, character, animation, audio, VFX, UI, or world-building content teams.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing, co-development, vendor management, and external review workflows.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities.
  • Experience building or improving asset banks, content dashboards, reporting systems, or production visibility tools.
  • Familiarity with sprint-based, milestone-based, or hybrid production models.
  • Background in art, animation, audio, technical art, QA, or another content-related development disciplines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to improve how teams plan, track, review, and deliver content at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Build, operate, and improve scalable asset production pipelines across internal teams, external vendors, and co-development partners.
  • Manage and support Associate Producers responsible for day-to-day tracking across discipline-specific content teams.
  • Define clear workflows for asset intake, briefing, planning, tracking, review, approval, integration, and delivery.
  • Help standardize asset definitions, delivery expectations, tracking fields, review stages, and approval criteria across content disciplines.
  • Establish consistent asset production practices across internal teams, Associate Producers, external vendors, and co-development partners.
  • Ensure content priorities, dependencies, risks, standards, and delivery expectations are aligned across craft directors, pod leads, Product Owners, producers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Oversee asset tracking systems and ensure tools such as Jira, or similar platforms provide accurate visibility at scale.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and co-development partners on content plans, deliverables, feedback loops, quality gates, and milestone handoffs.
  • Review content production status across disciplines and identify pipeline gaps, bottlenecks, priority conflicts, or delivery risks.
  • Support Associate Producers in escalating blockers, clarifying priorities, and improving tracking practices.
  • Create content delivery reports and milestone updates for production leadership, project direction, and team decision-making.
  • Partner with QA and development teams to ensure content-related issues, integration needs, and milestone readiness are visible and followed up.
  • Refine content production workflows, review processes, reporting practices, and communication habits to improve predictability and scale.
  • Support milestone readiness by ensuring asset deliverables, known issues, dependencies, approval status, and standards are clearly understood.
