The position involves developing a new method for making games and creating new kinds of games using this method.

  • Proven track record of shipping multiple titles, features, or live-ops releases from conception to player.
  • Experience with prototyping and side projects.
  • Comfortable using tools like Figma, Miro, spreadsheets for game economy modeling, and modern AI-coding tools.
  • Technical savviness, including understanding game client and back-end server integration, RGS and RNG integration, and pipeline development.
  • Ability to think in terms of game mechanics and understand their translation to regulated real-money environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to get things done with low ego and high ownership.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within US iGaming compliance while pushing boundaries.

  • Prototype new game ideas rapidly, compressing time from concept to playable.
  • Track successful mechanics in mobile gaming, social/casual, Web3-adjacent formats, Twitch-native mechanics, and arcade classics, and translate them into regulated, monetizable experiences.
  • Manage the end-to-end production process, including writing product requirements, managing design decisions (math, mechanics, art, sound, UX), coordinating engineering and QA, and shipping games.
  • Partner with engineering to establish a robust development pipeline with version control, CI/CD, and fast iteration.
  • Collaborate with internal studio, platform, compliance, marketing, and third-party studios.
