About The Position

As a Game Producer, you will help create casino games for a global audience by managing production. This role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering casino games developed by our teams.

Requirements

1-5 years managing casino games or technical projects with 1-5 years of project management experience.
Proven track record delivering quality products on time; familiar with Agile, localization, and internationalization best practices.
Strong communication, self-driven, proactive, and independent.
Candidates must be fully eligible to work full-time under a local employment contract in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate digital casino game development projects as the main point of contact.
Define project vision, scope, and schedule, while providing regular feedback and tracking progress.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure smooth team communication.
Identify and resolve project blockers, assess risks, and create backup plans when needed.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with the game vision.
