Senior Producer - Game Innovation

Hard Rock DigitalUnited States, FL

About The Position

Hard Rock Digital is building the next generation of in-house casino content with an AI-assisted development pipeline to design, build, and ship games faster. This role focuses on developing new game types such as Crash, Plinko, Mines, arcade-style games, skill-adjacent experiences, and formats yet to be invented. The Senior Producer, Game Innovation will own the AI-assisted pipeline and the roadmap for new game types for Hard Rock Bet Casino, reporting to the VP of Casino. The position requires operating like a founder, standing up the pipeline, identifying emerging game mechanics, rapid prototyping, collaborating with internal and external teams, and bringing unique games to market. Success will be measured by shipped product, player engagement, and the creation of new game categories and a repeatable development process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years producing or leading product on interactive games: mobile, PC, console, web, arcade, or social/casual.
  • Shipped multiple titles, features, or live-ops releases you personally drove from zero to player. Prototypes and side projects count.
  • Is a builder, not just a manager. Comfortable in Figma, Miro, spreadsheets modeling game economy, and modern AI-coding tools.
  • Technically savvy. You do not need to be an engineer, but you need to hold your own with one: understand how a game client and a back-end game server fit together, reason about RGS and RNG integration, and help design and stand up the pipeline that ships these games. Comfortable enough with the technology to make real build decisions.
  • Thinks in mechanics, not themes. You can break down why Crash works, why Plinko went viral, why Balatro blew up, and what mechanics translate to a regulated real-money environment.
  • Gets stuff done. Low ego, high ownership. Unblocks themselves. Writes the doc, runs the meeting, and builds the prototype, in the same week.
  • Is a great human. Strong opinions, loosely held. Brings energy to a room. Collaborator by default, not a politicker.
  • Understands regulation without being paralyzed by it. Can work inside US iGaming compliance while still pushing the envelope on what’s possible.

Nice To Haves

  • Casino experience is a plus, not a requirement. In fact, a non-casino background is actively valuable here.
  • Bonus points if you’ve vibe-coded a game in a weekend.

Responsibilities

  • Own the method and the roadmap. Drive the AI-assisted pipeline we use to build games, and the portfolio of new formats we build with it: Crash, Plinko, Mines, arcade and skill-adjacent games, and brand-new concepts. Decide what we build, what we kill, and what we learn from.
  • Prototype fast. Get ideas in front of real players quickly. Use modern tooling (vibe-coding, AI-assisted prototyping, off-the-shelf engines) to compress time from concept to playable. Perfection is the enemy of shipped.
  • Hunt outside the casino bubble. Track what’s working in mobile gaming, social/casual, Web3-adjacent formats, Twitch-native mechanics, and arcade classics, then translate the best ideas into regulated, monetizable experiences.
  • Run production end-to-end. Write sharp product requirements, manage math and mechanics design, drive art/sound/UX decisions, coordinate engineering and QA, and ship. You’re the producer, the PM, and the creative lead rolled into one.
  • Build the pipeline, not just the game. Partner with engineering to stand up a real development pipeline for these games: a shared project with version control and CI/CD, fast iteration, a playable build the team can open from a link, and the path through our RGS to a certified, live title. You will not write the production code, but you will scope it, work shoulder to shoulder with an engineer, and own getting a game from prototype to shipped in a regulated environment.
  • Partner, don’t posture. Work closely with internal studio, platform, compliance, marketing, and third-party studios. Bring the team along, but keep the bar high on speed and quality.
  • Own live performance. Monitor how new formats perform post-launch. Iterate on math, lobby placement, promos, and feature variants. Kill what doesn’t work; double down on what does.
  • Be a thought leader internally. Help the rest of the business see what’s possible beyond slots. Bring provocations, not just status updates.

  • Flexible work from home or office hours
  • Startup culture backed by a secure, global brand
  • Real room to invent, this role is built to ship new categories, not maintain existing ones
