About The Position

The Senior Principal Operational Excellence Program Manager will serve as a senior individual contributor within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, focused on operationalizing strategic change initiatives across global infrastructure teams. This role partners closely with engineering, supply chain, data center operations, finance, planning, and executive stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into executable operating models, scalable processes, and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate combines systems thinking, program management depth, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence across complex organizations without direct authority.
