About The Position

The Senior Pricing Analyst develops pricing strategies and models aligned with company goals and objectives while supporting profitability. The role analyzes market trends and pricing data, monitors competitor pricing, and works with sales and marketing teams to build models that meet customer needs and maximize revenue. The analyst manages pricing databases, presents pricing proposals to senior management, and may provide guidance and training to pricing analysts. The position may report to a DSV office in Torrance, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, or Phoenix.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
At least 4 years of pricing experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
At least 7 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
Familiarity with pricing software and databases.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, pricing software and databases, and other analytical tools.

Nice To Haves

Certification in Pricing and Revenue Management (CPRM) or a related field.
Experience with data visualization tools.
