About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) for its National Branch Network. The position grows, deepens, and manages relationships with affluent customers and customers with more complex financial needs, serving as their primary point of contact for banking products and services through scheduled appointments, lobby engagement, and proactive outreach. The role is suited to growth-oriented professionals who use advice-led discovery to understand customer goals and develop comprehensive financial strategies. The banker owns and actively grows a defined book of business, using goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight to deliver integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking. The role also supports everyday banking needs, including opening accounts and handling service requests. Success depends on strong relationship skills, proactive customer engagement, and collaboration with partners in Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking. Wells Fargo provides digital tools, training, and ongoing coaching. The Senior Branch Premier Banker LP (license pending) role is temporary until licensing requirements and SAFE registration are completed; employees then transition to the Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) role. Employees hired into the LP role who are not fully licensed participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program. The position requires FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 or recognized equivalents, state insurance licenses, and SAFE registration. Series 65 or an equivalent examination is also required within a specified period in Idaho and certain other listed states. Required FINRA licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment. The role also has enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards. SAFE registration is required at employment, and Wells Fargo initiates that process after the start date. Loan originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements and applicable Wells Fargo policies. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
