About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining hospitality and attentive service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. This part-time role is based in Hayden Lake, Idaho.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch colleagues.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while following bank policies and procedures.
