About The Position

Mercy Clinic Springfield is seeking a Senior Practice Manager to lead its Ear, Nose & Throat, Head & Neck Surgery, and Audiology clinics. The role oversees daily clinic operations, caregiver development, and provider support, with a focus on integrating the specialties, fostering teamwork, streamlining workflows, and creating a seamless patient experience. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of healthcare or supervisory experience.
• Ability to inspire and motivate caregivers to achieve practice goals.
• Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities efficiently.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
