As a Senior Project Manager, you will be working closely with Aras teams and customer sponsors within Aras accounts, leading successful customer deployments of Aras Innovator solutions. This role will lead the overall project implementation and teams in the planning and execution of projects that exceed customer requirements. The Senior Project Manager has project ownership of all Professional Services engagements. With your project management and leadership, large team management, organization skills, and the ability to negotiate with key customer stakeholders you will help drive successful projects and satisfied customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science / IT, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years proven track record with large PDM/PLM software project
  • Proven track record in leading large, enterprise PLM software deployments in a Project Management role
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise software deployments with teams of 3 or more members
  • Experience managing large Commercial and Enterprise clients
  • Demonstrated experience with managing project budgets, P&L, invoicing, and billing
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to travel up to 50%

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in one or more of the following verticals: Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, Manufacturing (Industrial, Job Shop, Mass Production), Consumer Products, High Tech Electronics, Shipbuilding.
  • Industry knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Engineering change processes and best practices (CMII, CMPIC), phase gate project management, quality systems processes, requirements management, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA, manufacturing process planning, MRO
  • PMP and/or SAFe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of deployment projects
  • Perform the overall day-to-day Project Management to ensure that deliverables are achieved within time/cost/quality constraints
  • Identify active project risks, monitors for risk triggers, and executes contingency plans
  • Drive the planning and execution for all project activity in accordance with customer milestones
