About The Position

This Senior Planner – Corporate Services role is centered around bringing complex events to life within a fast-paced Technology environment in Cupertino. The position involves leading high-touch meetings and events from creative concept through final reconciliation. The planner will partner closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver polished, attendee-focused experiences with precision and style. This role requires the ability to juggle details, solve problems quickly, and keep programs moving forward with confidence.

Requirements

5–7 years of event planning experience with a strong track record of delivering complex programs on time and on budget
International event planning experience and familiarity with group air coordination
A creative, solutions-oriented mindset that helps you improve the attendee experience and bring fresh ideas to each program
Experience working with meeting technology tools and maintaining accurate data, reporting, and billing details throughout the event lifecycle
A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and comfort operating in a demanding, detail-heavy environment

Responsibilities

Managing end-to-end meetings and events, including sourcing, contracting, planning, attendee management, onsite execution, and reconciliation
Thriving in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where priorities can shift and strong judgment matters
Leading complex programs with multiple workstreams, tight timelines, large room blocks, and VIP-level service expectations
Building strong client and supplier relationships while negotiating smart, cost-conscious solutions that still elevate the experience
Communicating clearly and consultatively with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to keep every detail aligned
