About The Position

The Senior Performance Test Engineering Lead will lead enterprise-level performance testing for the Journi program. The role focuses on performance engineering across SAP applications and related enterprise systems, using NeoLoad to build testing frameworks and automate performance regression testing. The lead will work with development, SAP, database, infrastructure, and cloud teams to address performance issues and will present results, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. The position is remote with occasional travel.

Requirements

• 12 or more years of overall IT experience.
• 8 or more years of enterprise performance engineering and load testing experience.
• 5 or more years leading performance testing initiatives.
• Expert-level NeoLoad experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP applications, enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, and capacity planning.
• Experience with performance monitoring, bottleneck analysis, and scalability testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• NeoLoad certification.
• Azure or AWS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing, load testing, stress testing, and performance optimization.
• Develop workload models, performance standards, and capacity planning strategies.
• Review application architecture and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Lead testing across SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, CRM, APIs, middleware, and web applications.
• Use NeoLoad to develop testing frameworks and automate performance regression testing.
• Collaborate with development, SAP, database, infrastructure, and cloud teams to resolve performance issues.
• Present performance results, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
