About The Position
The Performance Load Test Architect/Lead will lead enterprise performance engineering and load testing initiatives. The role involves designing performance testing solutions for enterprise-scale applications and integrations, developing production workload models from historical metrics, and applying expertise in capacity planning, scalability, stress, endurance, spike, and failover testing. The position also covers API and middleware performance, batch optimization, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, and performance diagnostics. The role is a remote contract position with occasional travel.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of enterprise performance engineering and load testing experience.
- 5+ years leading enterprise performance testing initiatives.
- Expert-level experience with NeoLoad.
- Experience designing performance testing solutions for enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
- Strong experience with SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Datasphere, CRM platforms, APIs, and middleware.
- Experience developing production workload models using historical metrics.
- Strong knowledge of capacity planning, scalability, stress/endurance/spike/failover testing, API and middleware performance, batch optimization, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and performance diagnostics.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
