About The Position

The Performance Load Test Analyst will ensure performance readiness across all UBOS releases by following PTC SDLC and quality governance processes and defining performance-testing strategy, scope, workloads, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. The role designs and executes performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using NeoLoad across SAP BRIM, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP S/4HANA and supporting modules, SAP Datasphere, Dynamics CE CRM applications, middleware and integration layers, and customer-facing channels. Testing covers realistic enterprise workloads, including tolling and mediation events, billing cycles, payments, CRM interactions, analytics queries, batch jobs, and peak-volume scenarios. The analyst validates system behavior under concurrent users, high-volume API traffic, batch processing, and large-scale SAP financial operations, including end-to-end synchronous and asynchronous integrations between CRM and SAP. The role monitors performance metrics, analyzes results across application and infrastructure layers, identifies bottlenecks, and prepares detailed reports, dashboards, and executive summaries with go/no-go recommendations. It also includes maintaining NeoLoad scripts, testing APIs and data pipelines, integrating tests with CI/CD where applicable, and establishing baselines for benchmarking and regression analysis. The analyst supports Journi SIT, UAT, PI cycles, Show-backs, Go-Live, and Hypercare, and promotes performance-testing best practices. All work must be documented in formats or templates specified by the Commission, and the resource must follow Commission standards, policies, and procedures. The position is primarily remote, with onsite attendance in Middletown, Pennsylvania, required for specified meetings and project activities. The resource must reside in the Continental United States, pass required background checks before starting, attend onsite meetings for one week per month according to the Commission’s schedule, and may be assigned onsite post-go-live support tours during the planned six-month support period. An onsite orientation is also required. Overtime requires prior approval from the Project Principal.
