About The Position

The Journi Performance Load Test Architect/Lead will define and own the program’s performance engineering strategy and establish enterprise standards, governance, methodologies, and best practices. The role defines workload models using historical production metrics and projected business growth; establishes non-functional requirements, service level objectives and agreements, and performance acceptance criteria; and leads performance planning for Solution Confirmation, PI Planning, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare. The role reviews solution architectures for scalability risks, bottlenecks, and infrastructure constraints, and provides capacity-planning and infrastructure-sizing recommendations. The lead provides technical direction for performance testing across SAP BRIM, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, Dynamics CRM Customer Engagement, middleware, APIs, batch processing, event-driven integrations, customer web and mobile applications, IVR, and chatbot platforms. This includes defining enterprise load profiles for users and business processes, and reviewing and approving performance test plans, scripts, workloads, and schedules. The role defines monitoring approaches across application, middleware, SAP, database, infrastructure, and cloud platforms; analyzes system performance and resource metrics; leads cross-team root-cause analysis; recommends tuning and scaling improvements; and validates production readiness. It also leads implementation and administration of NeoLoad, establishes reusable scripting standards and automated regression testing, and develops dashboards and executive reports. The position presents status, risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership and governance boards. It requires thorough documentation of work in formats or templates specified by the Commission, compliance with Commission policies and procedures, and adherence to the Commission’s IT standards. The position is virtual/remote until further notice, with scheduled onsite attendance in Middletown, Pennsylvania, including one week per month and attendance at specified project events. Onsite post-go-live support may also be required on a rotating basis during the planned six-month support period.
