•€65,000 - €105,000•Remote

About The Position

EverAI is seeking a hands-on Senior Performance Marketer to execute and scale paid acquisition. The role begins with ownership of one or two paid channels and high-performing campaigns, working directly with the CMO to grow the business. There may be opportunities to test and scale additional channels, including TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, Native, and ASA, depending on performance and market constraints. The marketer will build and iterate acquisition funnels, run rapid tests across creatives, audiences, and placements, and use performance analysis to improve customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), retention, and lifetime value (LTV). The role also owns creative briefing and landing-page optimization, manages relationships with traffic sources, evaluates new acquisition opportunities, and develops automation, reporting, and repeatable systems for scaling campaigns. EverAI is a fully remote company building AI companionship products. Its flagship platform is governed by EverGuard, the company’s proprietary moderation system. The team has approximately 100 people.
