About The Position

The Senior People Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering expert-level HR support within HR Shared Services, handling complex inquiries and providing high-quality service across a variety of HR processes. This role will support the HR Shared Services team by ensuring data accuracy, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, processes, and systems.
  • Respond to and resolve complex HR inquiries related to employment life cycle transactions.
  • Escalate cases to management as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data within HRIS and other systems.
  • Perform regular audits to maintain data quality, compliance, and consistency across HR Shared Services.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve HR processes, streamline workflows, and reduce manual tasks.
  • Partner with the HR Shared Services team to implement process enhancements and document standard operating procedures.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, Benefits, and other teams to address complex issues and ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between HR Shared Services and other departments for seamless collaboration.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports, using data-driven insights to manage operational tasks and enhance HR service delivery.
  • Ensure that all HR processes adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and relevant labor laws.
  • Stay up-to-date on policy updates and communicate changes effectively to the HR Shared Services team.
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members on HR processes, systems, and service delivery best practices.
  • Share expertise to support team development and build a knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Actively participate in HR Shared Services projects, such as system upgrades, policy rollouts, and change initiatives.
  • Support project planning, execution, and employee communication to facilitate successful implementation.
