About The Position

This is a hands-on execution role. The People Operations Specialist keeps the day-to-day people engine running cleanly, while also being proactive about identifying inefficiencies and improving processes. You support employees, managers, and leadership by making sure the basics are done right—every time. Build a seamless onboarding experience. Records are clean. Questions get answered. Nothing slips through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone early-to-mid career in HR who wants real ownership, exposure to the full employee lifecycle, and a front-row seat to how a company scales. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, building trust through precision, responsiveness, and consistency. The culture at this stage is still heavily founder-driven and relationship-driven, not policy-driven. The systems should support the culture, not replace it.
