This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture Department and playing a critical role in implementing the People & Culture strategy. The position requires engaging with candidates throughout the recruitment process, managing benefits and enrollment, enforcing policies, coordinating training, and providing administrative support for various HR functions. The Senior People & Culture Manager will also act as a resource for colleagues, assist with payroll, support department managers, and manage various committees. A working knowledge of CBA agreements and experience with disability and workers' compensation claims are also key aspects of this role.
