About The Position

This role is for a recent college graduate interested in problem-solving, working with numbers, and understanding how financial systems impact individuals. The position involves accurate and timely processing of financial calculations for Defined Benefit (pension) clients. The role offers structured training on pension concepts, systems, and calculations, with support from experienced team members. The job is categorized under Transaction Processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Mathematics, Finance, Business, and Accounting majors are preferred but all are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

  • Processing various types of calculations, meeting timeliness and accuracy standards while interpreting DB plan rules to ensure compliance with the plan document.
  • Supporting internal Client Service teams while developing subject matter expertise on assigned clients
  • Manually calculate and review pension benefits for plan participants
  • Supporting monthly testing of various systems upgrades and releases
  • Participate in special departmental projects
  • Document updates to User Procedure Documentation
