About The Position
Bridger is seeking a talented product engineer to join their team in building a shared technology platform. This role involves full-stack development and the creation of AI agents for workflow automation. The position is ideal for someone excited about working on the cutting edge of AI technology, collaborating directly with end-users to improve their daily tasks, and working in-person in the NYC office. The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives in a scrappy, ambiguous environment, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to drive projects from conception to production. Empathy for operational teams and understanding their needs are also key attributes. The role requires experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, TypeScript, Next.js, etc.) and 0-2 years of engineering experience.
