The Senior Payroll Specialist's primary responsibility is to ensure data accuracy in relation to payroll processing. This position will serve as a resource for multiple companies within the Radius Recycling umbrella and should demonstrate proficiency in timeliness, communication and building positive inter-department relationships. They should promote process enhancement and best practices in a team environment. This position operates in a hybrid work environment, currently three days per week at the company's corporate headquarters in Portland, Oregon and two days remotely, subject to change based on business needs.
