About The Position
We are seeking a Product Consultant to drive the strategy, development, and scale of our B2B, Merchant and Print platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs with 8-10 years' experience. The expectation is for a senior product professional who has expertise in Data or AI led Product Management and who can help strategize product initiatives, processes, and frameworks in collaboration with product owners across Merchant, B2B, and Print domains.
Requirements
- 8-10 years' experience
- Expertise in Data or AI led Product Management
- Experience shaping product strategy across payment processing, merchant services, gateways, ACH card, and payment operations
- Experience defining and launching new payment products capabilities, including market positioning, business case, operating model, and commercialization strategy
- AI Payments strategist with experience identifying where AI capabilities can materially change payment economics, customer experience, risk, and operational models
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the B2B, Merchant & Print
- Align product strategy with business goals, revenue targets, and evolving market trends
- Identify and drive continuous enhancement opportunities to maximize product value and growth
- Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and business metrics to generate actionable insights
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement
- Track KPIs such as engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue
- Evaluate product performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities
- Gather customer feedback via surveys, interviews, and usage data
- Work with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, and Business teams
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and solutions
- Support roadmap planning and feature prioritization using data insights
- Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and use cases
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Communicate complex insights in a clear, actionable manner
