About The Position

This role analyzes and evaluates operational performance metrics and resources to support strategic alignment and efficiency gains. It standardizes reporting processes, evaluates and recommends process improvements, and delivers metrics and trends that inform company decisions. The position also provides analytical support, assesses system performance, and helps align daily business processes with organizational goals. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though Comcast may also consider applicants with relevant coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience. The role requires regular, consistent, and punctual attendance and may involve nights and weekends on variable schedules.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.

• Analytical support skills.
• Communication skills.

• Knowledge of operational performance.
• Ability to work nights and weekends on variable schedules as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
• Deliver special reports and analyses to support data-driven business decisions and strategy development.
• Conduct regular audits of various data sets to ensure and enhance data integrity.
• Identify operational issues through data analysis and recommend management changes to optimize business processes.
• Create and manage advanced operational reporting tools to improve strategic insights and decision support.
• Provide analytical support by comparing actual performance with budgets and evaluating strategic proposals.
• Consolidate data from multiple reports and promote analytics in strategic business decision-making.
• Provide management with feedback on system performance and influence enhancements to meet user and business needs.
• Analyze management data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Align daily business processes with organizational goals and contribute to overall strategy.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; work nights and weekends on variable schedules as necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
