About The Position

The Senior PCC is responsible for coordinating seamless care for patients. The position balances a complex daily workload with multiple competing priorities while providing superior customer service. The Senior PCC performs duties in a way that promotes teamwork and reflects the organization’s mission and values. This role is with Swedish Health Services DBA Swedish Medical Group, part of Providence.

Requirements

• Three years of medical office or related healthcare experience, or two years as a Providence employee in a Journey PCC position.
• Participation in two champion roles, or one champion role and a committee or council.
