About The Position

The Senior Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is responsible for coordinating seamless care for patients. The position balances a complex daily workload with multiple conflicting priorities while providing superior customer service. The Senior PCC performs all duties in a way that promotes teamwork and reflects the entity’s mission and values. The role is with Swedish Health Services DBA Swedish Medical Group, part of Providence, whose culture emphasizes patient-focused, whole-person care, understanding, commitment, mutual respect, and empowering caregivers.

Requirements

• Three years of medical office or related healthcare experience, or two years as a Providence employee in a Journey PCC position.
• Participation in two champion roles, or one champion role and a committee or council.
