About The Position
A Senior Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating seamless care for patients. The position balances a complex daily workload with multiple conflicting priorities while providing superior customer service. The Senior Patient Care Coordinator performs all duties in a manner that promotes the team concept and reflects the facility’s mission and values. The position is with Kadlec Regional Medical Center, where caregivers support patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a Patient Care Coordinator or customer service-type role.
- At least 1 year of Patient Care Coordinator-type experience within Providence, or 2 years of external administrative medical office experience.
- Complete ministry-required education and champion/development areas.
