About The Position

A Senior Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients. The role balances a complex daily workload with multiple conflicting priorities while providing superior customer service. The Senior PCC performs all duties in a manner that promotes the team concept and reflects the mission and values of the facility. This position is with Kadlec Regional Medical Center, part of Providence, whose culture emphasizes patient-focused, whole-person care, understanding, commitment, mutual respect, and empowering caregivers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Patient Care Coordinator or customer service-type role.
• At least 1 year in a Patient Care Coordinator-type role within Providence, or 2 years in an external administrative medical office-type role.
• Complete ministry-required education and champion/development areas.
