About The Position

The Senior Partnerships Account Manager is a role on the Business Development team responsible for driving year-over-year growth of SpotHero's venue portfolio. This portfolio includes major venues such as Madison Square Garden, Wrigley Field, Fenway Park, Chase Center, and Allegiant Stadium. The role will utilize marketing, supply, product, and distribution strategies to increase parking availability for users and drive more sales for venues. This involves leveraging parking links on team pages and apps, 'Know Before You Go' emails, optimizing parking inventory and pricing, introducing new features and offerings, and collaborating with distribution partners like Ticketmaster.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or partnerships with growth or sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to develop and nurture business relationships.
  • Analytical experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Drive year over year growth and "same store" sales within the venue portfolio.
  • Create account growth plans utilizing marketing, supply, product, and distribution levers to drive new revenue.
  • Collaborate with analytics and other teams to identify growth opportunities within venue accounts.
  • Represent the 'voice of the client/venue' within SpotHero, advocating for their needs and incorporating feedback into growth plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Revenue, Marketing, Product, etc.) to drive execution of growth plans in a project management capacity.
  • Deepen relationships with venues through in-person travel, attending events, and representing SpotHero at industry conferences.
  • Support the renewal of existing contracts, aiming to grow the size of the deal.
