About The Position

The Senior Partnerships Account Manager is a role on the Business Development team responsible for driving year-over-year growth of SpotHero's venue portfolio. This portfolio includes major venues such as Madison Square Garden, Wrigley Field, Fenway Park, Chase Center, and Allegiant Stadium. The role will utilize various strategies including marketing (e.g., parking links on team pages & apps, Know Before You Go emails), supply management (e.g., parking inventory and pricing), product development (new features and offerings), and distribution channels (e.g., Ticketmaster) to increase parking availability for users and drive more sales for venues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or partnerships, with a history of meeting growth or sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to develop and nurture business relationships.
  • Analytical experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US and not require sponsorship for employment now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Drive year over year growth and "same store" sales within the venue portfolio.
  • Create account growth plans that utilize marketing, supply, product, and distribution levers to generate new revenue.
  • Collaborate with analytics and other teams to identify growth opportunities and untapped potential within venue accounts.
  • Represent the 'voice of the client / venue' within SpotHero, advocating for their needs and incorporating their feedback into account growth plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., Revenue, Marketing, Product) to execute growth plans in a project management capacity.
  • Deepen relationships with venues through travel, in-person meetings, attending games, and representing SpotHero at industry conferences.
  • Support the renewal of existing contracts, using renewals as an opportunity to increase the deal size.
