About The Position

Anthropic is hiring a Senior Partner Systems Analyst for its Partner Experience team, which is building an AI-native operating model across partner-facing systems, including Salesforce, PEM, the partner portal, enablement and certification platforms, and their integrations. The role connects partner-facing business teams with the systems lead, the GTM Systems team, and the AI Operations Engineer. It owns discovery, requirements, user acceptance testing (UAT), release notes, and the intake and prioritization processes for changes across the partner systems stack. The analyst will also make smaller changes directly as a Salesforce administrator and help keep the production platform healthy. The role establishes and runs processes for intake, discovery, UAT, and releases. It ensures changes have agreed requirements, UAT sign-off, and release notes; manages the backlog; handles production incidents and system questions; monitors integrations between Salesforce and PEM; documents the platform; and identifies recurring requests that could be automated. Claude and other LLM tools are expected to be used in day-to-day work for requirements, test cases, release notes, and documentation. The analyst works day to day with the Partner Business Systems Lead, who owns systems architecture and the partner portal; the GTM Systems team, which builds and releases Salesforce changes; and the AI Operations Engineer, who builds agentic workflows. The position is hybrid under a policy that currently expects staff to work from an office at least 25% of the time. Minimum education is a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience; the required field of study must be relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Requirements

  • Experience leading discovery and requirements sessions with business stakeholders and translating findings into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • A track record of working with systems or engineering teams through builds, from requirements handoff to release.
  • Experience planning and running UAT with business users, deriving test cases from acceptance criteria, tracking defects through closure, obtaining sign-off, and smoke testing changes after release.
  • Strong written communication skills, including producing build-ready requirements, clear release notes for non-technical users, and useful documentation.
  • Day-to-day experience using LLM tools such as Claude, with examples of how they improved requirements gathering, testing, or documentation.
  • A track record of owning a production Salesforce organization or business systems stack, including its intake, triage, and release processes.
  • Strong Salesforce administration skills, including declarative configuration, flows, validation rules, the security and sharing model, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of integrations, including record synchronization through APIs or middleware, reading error logs, and tracing data issues to their source.
  • A structured approach to incident management, including separating symptoms from root cause and communicating clearly during outages or other disruptions.
  • Sound prioritization judgment, including the ability to defer or decline requests and explain the reasoning.
  • Minimum education: a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
  • A field of study relevant to the role, demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Five or more years as a business systems analyst, Salesforce administrator, or in a similar role owning discovery, requirements, and UAT for business systems, ideally supporting a partner, sales, or customer success organization.
  • Experience working in a sprint-based delivery model with a shared backlog and regular sprint reviews.
  • Experience with partner relationship management platforms, partner portals, or channel programs such as deal registration, certifications, or MDF.
  • Salesforce release management experience, including sandboxes, change sets or DevOps tooling, and deployment checklists.
  • SQL or scripting skills for data investigation and cleanup.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery with partner managers, partner operations, and other stakeholders to understand problems, map current processes, and size requested changes.
  • Document requirements for bugs, improvements, enhancements, and new builds, including user stories, process flows, field and access definitions, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.
  • Work with the GTM Systems team, the AI Operations Engineer, and implementation partners through the delivery cycle, from requirements handoff through build review and release coordination.
  • Own UAT for every change by writing test plans and test cases, coordinating partner-team testers, logging and retesting defects, collecting sign-off, and smoke testing in production after releases.
  • Write and publish release notes that explain what changed, who is affected, and what users need to do differently.
  • Prioritize the backlog with stakeholders based on partner impact, risk, and effort, and maintain a visible view of upcoming work and its rationale.
  • Own the intake queue and serve as the point of contact for bugs, enhancement requests, and system questions across Salesforce, PEM, and the partner portal.
  • Triage production incidents by reproducing issues, assessing impact and severity, resolving or routing them, and keeping affected teams informed until closure.
  • Administer Salesforce for the partner organization, including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
  • Understand and monitor data movement between Salesforce and PEM, and diagnose sync failures, mapping errors, and access issues.
  • Maintain system documentation, a data dictionary, integration maps, and administrator runbooks.
  • Identify repeatable administration and support requests as automation candidates and work with the AI Operations Engineer to reduce the manual queue.
  • Use Claude and other LLM tools in day-to-day work to draft requirements, test cases, release notes, and documentation.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
  • Optional equity donation matching.
  • Generous vacation and parental leave.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Office space for collaborating with colleagues.
  • Visa sponsorship may be available, with reasonable efforts and immigration counsel support if an offer is made.
