About The Position
Walmart Connect is seeking a Senior Partner, Advertising Sales to develop and execute customized advertising solutions that meet both immediate and long-term client objectives. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams to drive strategic sales initiatives, manage financial outcomes, and foster strong client relationships. The successful candidate will leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales performance, lead business planning efforts, and support associate development. The CTV Sales Specialist team at Walmart Connect delivers expert support to advance connected TV advertising solutions. This team focuses on client engagement, relationship management, and internal sales advocacy to drive growth. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, they develop tailored advertising strategies aligned with business goals. Team members utilize data-driven insights and clear communication to enhance sales effectiveness. The group fosters a professional environment centered on continuous learning, problem-solving, and achieving shared objectives, contributing significantly to Walmart Connect’s success in the evolving advertising landscape.
Requirements
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic advertising sales plans that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and integrate varied perspectives into sales strategies.
- Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to support business objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.
- Option 2: Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
- Option 3: 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
- 5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
- 5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
- 5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
