The Nuclear Legal Affairs team plays a critical role in supporting some of Canada's most significant nuclear programs, including reactor refurbishment projects, new nuclear development initiatives, technology licensing, engineering services, major procurements, strategic partnerships, and international nuclear opportunities. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Paralegal to join our Nuclear Legal Affairs team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside lawyers, project executives, commercial leaders, procurement professionals and engineers on complex and strategically important projects in a highly regulated industry. The successful candidate will become an integral member of a collaborative legal team that values innovation, continuous improvement, practical problem solving, and the effective use of technology to enhance legal service delivery. Working closely with legal counsel and business stakeholders, the Senior Paralegal will support a broad range of commercial, regulatory, governance, intellectual property, dispute resolution and legal operations activities across the nuclear business. As a Senior Paralegal within the Nuclear Legal Affairs team, you will contribute directly to the legal support of Canada's nuclear industry. You will work on matters involving complex engineering projects, strategic commercial arrangements, significant intellectual property assets, regulatory compliance requirements, and major project dispute resolution while helping drive innovation and modernization within the legal function.
